Mission

NY Forum promotes recognition, equality, national reconciliation & solidarity amongst the ethnic nationalities of Burma. Through trainings and initiatives on human rights, capacity-building, pro-democracy and empowerment, as well as inter-generational knowledge sharing within communities, NY Forum strives to build a genuine, peaceful federalism & to establish mutual understanding among ethnic nationality youth.

NEW - Fundraiser for Karen Refugees

NY Forum has teamed up with Small Talk bar to host a party in aid of the thousands of Karen displaced by fighting to the Thai-Burma border.

This fundraising event will take place on the 7th of July at Ping Pana Resort. DJs, live music, full bar and food available from 9pm until 6am.

Free entry, free transport from/to the Monri Hotel at Thapae Gate, overnight accommodation and tents for hire.

Promotional t-shirts available, additional donations very welcome.
